What are your days of operation?
The Crave 6ix is open only 2 days a week - Friday and Saturday. Do not hesitate to send an email regarding large orders for other days of the week to verify if The Crave 6ix can fulfil your request.
Is there an option to pickup?
The Crave 6ix no longer offers in-store pickup.
What is your delivery fee per delivery address?
$15 Mississauga & Oakville
What is your delivery time window?
A four hour delivery time range is required.
I can't find my receipt?
Receipts and invoices are autogenerated at the time of the transaction. Please check your junk mail.
Is the receipt included with the charcuterie?
No it is not. The invoice is emailed to the payee at the time of transaction.
Checkout asks to provide a shipping address but I've already provided the delivery address in the order form.
You may choose to complete this section with your billing address or the shipping address - we only check the information that you provide on the order form.
How much notice do I need to provide for a large order?
To secure the delivery date that you want it is recommended to provide as much notice as possible!
Are the flowers included with your charcuterie board or box edible?
Yes. We only use edible flowers which are different per order.
What is the best way to communicate with you?
The Crave 6ix prefers to be communicated by email at email@example.com.
Can I include a message to the recipient with my order?
Yes. At your request, we hand write a message on a gift tag that is attached with ribbon. The text box for adding your message is set with a character limit and we are unable to accept more characters due to writing space.
I have an allergy, can the charcuterie box be allergy-free?
No. The charcuterie cannot be allergy-free. The charcuterie is not created in an allergen-free environment. The charcuterie ingredients may be cross-contaminated with peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, milk, egg, soy, wheat & triticale, gluten, mustard, sulphites and seafood. Therefore, we have the right to refuse processing orders for clients with any kind of allergy (minor or major). It is the client's responsibility to let The Crave 6ix know of any allergies.
Can you create a glucose free charcuterie board or box?
Yes, but only if the request is due to a food preference and not due to an allergy. Since the charcuterie is not created in an allergen-free environment there is no guarantee that food items may not be cross contaminated with glucose. This request is an additional $15 to our current charcuterie mood box prices.
I do not have an allergy but a food preference, can the charcuterie be accommodated to my food preference?
Yes. A client needs to let The Crave 6ix know that they have a food preference and we will try our best to accommodate.
Does someone need to be home at the time of delivery?
Yes. The food cannot be left outside as it can spoil if not placed in the refrigerator immediately.
Can I make a change to my order?
Order changes are accepted by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) as soon as possible and we will try our best to accomodate.
Returns or refunds?
*We do not accept returns or refunds on boards or boxes that have been delivered to the client.
*For order made in advance - A client must give 48 hours notice before the scheduled delivery time to cancel an order to get a refund. A refund fee will apply that the client is responsible to pay.
*For same day orders - If the order was submitted before 12 pm and the client requests to cancel the order before 12 pm, a refund will be issued (refund fee will apply that the client is responsible to pay). However, refunds will not be issued for cancelations made after 12 pm.
